I saw a funny little egg/crab thing firing magic at me!

I was in the ruins about to do some coop on the kings and some odd little 'thing' came out of nowhere firing magic at me. it was a weird egg shaped crawly thing with a big lobster claw on it.

So I whacked it and got a humanity from him. WTF was it ? :?:

They are Vagrants.

Lol we are getting this kind of thread once a week, we should make a sticky and put it at the top of the forum lol.

There are at least 3 spawn points for them in New Londo, but the one that spawns near Beatrice's sign is the baddy. Several times doing co-op I've followed the host over there to kill that one shy Darkwraith, only to be 1-shot in the back. He can do at least 1,500 damage with one shot.
