SL 99 Dex/Int

Hey guys wanting to share my new SL 99 Concept. Although im not yet convinced about going int... Faith seems to me still superior, whats your opinion on that ?

I feel like without pursuers dark bead isn't worth the extra investment, and CMW even less so. I'd either

which is more dex with Int just for the easy to reach buff.

which is more Int focused on getting 1-2 good dead angles with the Liato then using spells to zone out and finish off a weakened opponent.

Which is all about Int and forcing people into bad places with Pursuers/HCSM and Bead/CSS.

is 53 poise enough ?

And is the -30% mag. def worth it, when wearing the crown ? (not to mention the non-existant def values)

Well if I plan on hitting people with spells I almost always go to the crown. It's light as heck and it's one of very few ways to get a damage boost other than stats or a ring.

I find 53 poise is enough, anything that would break that is slow enough I tell myself just not to get hit.

Your build looks nice, in my case I would lower End and increase Vit as much as possible.

I have been playing around with a build like this for 2 weeks or so. I have it at 112 with 40 in and 40 dex, but it only has 28 end (managable but don't want any less). I have decided to decrease dex to just use the weapons I want. Velkas rapier was fun but did crap damage for the stat investment. The dex really increased my pyro capabilities, but i was not impresses the the spell casting increase. I have decided to make a 99 with these stats: 50/16/28/10/14/8/44/8

The 14 dex was just to get to use the enchanted or magic bss. 10 str also lets you use that and a 3 wt shield. bss is a great option for the low str build imho. I took a beating with it in the beginning, but have finally started to get better with it. The r2 with the leo ring is pretty impressive when mixed up with pyro or spells. Hope this helps.
