Read the description and tell me what you think. I personally think the participants were rightfully fired. They represent a establishment that disapproved of them using their image in an attempt to create a viral sensation. I do not think bystanders should have been fired. Overall I think that the blanket termination was bad and I disapprove of the action. There are better ways to handle the situation. A thorough onsite investigation to determine who was involved should've been done. Depending on their value to the establishment I would've given them a one week notice. Maybe not, I wouldn't want any backlash. I would definitely consult my lawyers, but overall I am not ever planning a trip to this city.
