Has this happened to anyone else?

So I made a new character yesterday. He was a bow/crossbow only type of character. I named him Grief (because i knew i was going to have a hard time getting him to pvp level). And when the game loaded in the undead asylum i started out with 2 red chunks and a black night sword.

It happens when you use the bb glitch. Kind of ironic, when you think about it. Starting out a brand new character is when you could really use that stuff.

Really? Because I've used the bb glitch before and this is the first time this has happened.

Doesn't happen every time, I guess. But it's fairly common.

Yeah it happens when you BB glitch. Also it sometimes cause the Elite Knight guy (can't remember his name now) to be dead, so you would have to pick up the stuff from the ground.

Wait, what? interesting, so I guess is not related to that glitch at all. Did anything strange happened before you created that character, like some sort of a bug?

It IS, Carphill, it simply doesn't happen every time.

So does it only drop the red chunks and sword or are there multiple possibilities for drops?

Only to those items.

You killed the two black knights in the asylum with the character you copied. They drop red chunks and that's why you got them in the beginning of the game.
