What is YOUR Bane?

We all have them. That one weapon, spell, miracle, or tactic that always kicks our butts. What is yours?

I personally don't mind the WotG spammers, the BS fishers, the parry spammers, buffs, or even the mask-wearing-ninja-flipping-giant's-armor-wearing-heavy-weapon-users. My bane is the Red Tearstone Ring. More often than not, if I manage to get someone to critical health but I see that RTSR aura, I'm a goner.

Oh WotG spam for me, for sure, you tell me 9+ casts, and I tell you GG.

I haven't PVP'd long enough to know my ultimate weakness lol. But once I figure it out, I'll get back to you.

I always have problems against spear users. I still need to learn a viable strategy against them.

Roll BS.

Roll BS with a Hornet's Ring. There is too little room for error...

Hyper aggressive buffers. It's hard to mount a counter attack as it is, why do they need to double there damage output?!?!

Ledges............ I've fallen so much while focusing on a invader or invadee XD

spears. They're at half hp and I've not taken damage, whip out a spear, beat me.

Bleeding! Whenever i see that bleed meter start to go up.... i get in a state of panic and start swinging around my axe hoping to escape, which is the "wrong move" that gets me killed.

Wilk you need to detach yourself from those status bar. Freaking out about it will only throw your game off badly.

Hmmm.. Greatswords, especially the MLGS. Once they land a hit on me, either I'm dead, or most of my hp has been depleted. Toggle escapes help me from time to time, but I'm just not good at it yet.

WOTG every freaking time

Spears, and bows. Both have enough range to hit me while i can't hit them. Luckily, most people are stupid enough to put away the bow and try to finish me with something else.

Great scythe with a buff.... ow i hate that thing so much.
I never ever got a parry on it and it destroys me in like 2-3 hits.

Any kind of BS.
The only way I get beat in PvP for now is by BS.

Back peddling DWGR user wielding one of the longer spears and a 100% physical resistance shield.

Too fast to catch, too far away to parry and every attempt is punished by the spear.

On my Pyromancer: Vow of Silence...
On my Pure Physical: Aggressive Buff Users (especially considering I always use 0 poise)

All in all I would have to say my bane is in fact the stereotypical form of lag. That is so annoying on a 0 poise build when you get hit by phantom range.

Spears and RtSR often cause me problems however since I stopped playing for a while I seem to have unlearned some of my skill at BS avoidance. either that or theres a new way which beats my old ways of avoiding them.

Actually. My Bane? MLGS buffed with a CMW... almost 900 pure Magic AR. Through your shield they will hit you for at least 100-150!

Wrath spam, my god. The only thing in this game that really makes me mad to lose against, but so happy when I beat it.
