It appears pursuers can be affected by your own silver pendant, making you able to change them from straight up chasing to dive down missles.

I have a feeling I'm going to hate this spell if I'm medium rolling, hehe.

Looks really interesting. I wonder if you can use other spells, such as Force or WotG, to get a similar effect? I guess I'll find out sooner or later.

Using that tactic looks pretty difficult to dodge, I'm guessing it's great for people blocking? Idk, I haven't really tried that in pvp.

A little bit off topic but does anyone know if the new black flame pyro can be deflected by the pendant?

You can and you don't need to have PtD to know. Homing Soulmasses work the same way as Pursuers and they can be deflected by force and WoG. What Pendant can do is nothing compared to WoG's version. It can cause them to expand A LOT and it will be practically impossible to avoid by strafing alone (as in, you strafe, you will be in a direct collision course with one of them). Secondly, since WotG deals damage, you're going to get stunned, then you'll have pursuers chasing you down, so really, I think INT/FAI Hybrids are going to be lethal.

Has anyone tried using Force and Wrath of the Gods on pursuers?
Here is what i'm saying, using force causes most spells and projectiles to be capable of doing damage to it's caster. Is it at all possible that force and wrath of the gods can be used to do either of the following?

1: Use it and reverse the spell, it chases the caster now.
2: Use force, and while the spell is still chasing you, you can now have it run past your opponent and harm them, due to having been flagged as "Deflected"

I was under the impression that the pendant was ideal for the caster due to how it modify the spells, but this would be a great idea to counter these spells.

This is of course a theory, i don't own the comp version to know if it would work at all, but i'm not sure if anyone has even bothered to try.
