- Use DWGrain Ring, always
- Use the Lightning Weapons before it's too late
- For the 4 Kings fight, use Dark Hand to block the Homing Field Nuke

Just saying,fire weapons are faster to get...as long as you have the red titanite.
Im not gonna lie,it's a tough challenge although for the equipment,you can go to Anor Londo with Drake sword/Thunder spear and then either upgrade it with the giant Blacksmith or get a thunder weapon of your choice for the rest of the play though. The difficulty will be to use to low stats weapon and really

Well at DLC,elemental weapons&DWGR get nerfed.

As tinypantha mentioned, Reinforced Club is for you since the Level 1 Pyro does not even have the dexterity needed for the free Lightning Spear

well, always keep a good amount of resin to use against enemies in the earlier stages, you can farm it pretty easy in the darkroot garden by killing the little shrooms ( the giant ones also drops it but the can one shot you at SL 1 ), lightning resin will be enough to make the fights with the gargoyles, quelaag, gaping drgn and iron golem extremely easy. Also, use pyromancy a lot, all the spells requires 0 INT and deals a ridicolous amount of damages even for a SL 1, Great Fireball, Great Combustion and Fire Tempest could easily help you killing almost all the bosses in the game in 4 - 5 hits, except the four kings since they have a lot of health even on a first playthrough
