PVP SL 60 for getting invaded in Forest

Hi! Kind of new to PVP, but I wanted to do a SL 60 Build for getting invaded in the Forst. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Grass Crest Shield +5 / Pyromancy Flame

Build is average, because of low HP you'll get OHKO by HR. In that case you'll have to sacrifice equipload for more HP. Get at least 1500 HP.

What's HR? 1500 HP is required for SL 60 too? I thought only for the higher levels? Also what about poise, I have 67, is it that important here?
