Yeah, SL 100 is nice and lean. I built up some of my SL 120's to SL 150 and they're so bloated and unstoppable. I don't like "jack of all trades" builds.
I really like the Dex/Int build; Great Soul Arrow is so good for chipping away at opponent's health and at 40 Dex it casts super fast.

Build itself is nothing too special, but it looks super swag and is really effective against many types of opponents.

But ya, usually thats known as a Quality build (demon's souls reference) and it's really powerful and has a veryyy large varity of weapons available to them. Many weapons scale with dex and str and they are very good.
My favorite for quality is the Claymore :3

Pretty basic build, but very effective. I swap the Rapier out for a bow when I need to. Power Within instead of GC for some more AR if needed.
(I usually play as female characters, but this armor combination looks amazing as a male.)
