Build me a 100 for the Arena

I can't make a 100. I can make any sl for co-op, but for pvp I can't make up my mind what to do. I always want it all, so any sl 100 I consider never feels like it has enough stamina or dex or whatever, so I'm going to leave it up to you guys to create my SL 100.

I like most weapons except for the katanas. I like to have a composite bow. I don't enjoy using spells except as buffs, though I would like the heal miracle, and I'm not particularly fond of elementals. I'll use whatever armor you decide, and I'll do a fast or med roll as you decide. Strength or dex, you decide.

Make me something good and I'll start it tonight.

I've actually decided to make two 100's. I think maybe one fast roll and one medium.
