Claws... Good or Bad? [PvE]

So, I have started using Claws as a weapon, and I just want to know if that is viable or not, or if I am just better going with something stronger... I know that whole stun-lock thing, but that seems more PvP orientated.

The claws are fun and the bleed is alright on giant enemies.

I like it and can be viable for PvP,don't except a 100% win/lose ratio though.

It really depends on the build. If you happen to be using fast rolls or even flips it can be quite handy as the roll-attack is really quick and you can just roll out quickly afterwards. I wouldn't advice using it unless you're fastroll though, as it has short range. As for the damage, it isn't necessarily that bad, considering that it's a dex weapon.

Look at 36.43 and you'll see what i mean. Master that move and you've got quite the upperhand, unless of course, your not very good at rolling.

Anything works in PvE

i just made a build using the claws i love it! once you get it upgraded all the way its got ok damage and its really fast. I got in sif's face and moped the floor with him. definately recomend satying with fast roll i tryied high poise and heavy but it just not good. get in get a few hits get out. I made one +15 one lightning+4 and one raw+4 with 30 dex the +15 did way better.

Rolling + R1 = nuf said.
