It's actually a glitch that happens.
I'm not 100% sure as to the cause, but it seems to be linked to DMB invasions and whether or not they have the ring for the DMB. It has something to do with invading a world that has killed DSG via the ring, but at the same time, invading someone via the orb.
I'd need to constantly try invading some people, but much to my dismay, I've only ever invaded two people with DMB, probably due to no one using indictments.

I think that only happens when you kill Ciaran near the little grave thing. Because that same glitch happened to me the first time.
