He kinda watches films the way I read literature or look at paintings, which is what made me think classically educated, but I guess just being discerning and aware doesn't necessarily mean you have to be. I tend to just shut myself down when I'm watching television lately. So exhausted it feels like I don't have a choice anymore.

See I sort of act like him, but I'm a lot more picky than him. The issue is it can really ruin your enjoyment of a film. So what I rather do is watch a film once, then if I want to look deeper I watch it a second time and analyze it then. Then you can get a better idea of why you did or didn't like the film. I have some weird film opinions though.

Well he certainly helped me to put my finger on why Episode 2 left such a bad taste in my mouth. Pretty much nothing in it adds up. The plot is all over the place and constantly contradicting itself, as well as the films I grew up with and love. The whole midichlorians thing will for ever be a slap in the face to what's essentially a cornerstone to my manhood

Emergence kept giving us more hints. It ended up being from a pantheon/lore that I'm almost completely ignorant of. In my signature I have a reference to one of my stream of consciousness remarks last night that's connected with the real answer. Laugh at that a moment and I can tell you the real answer and how we FINALLY got to it. With Emergence's hints helping a ton. Also, your astrology find was insanely helpful. I don't think we would have even been in the same ballpark without it

- I think before you left, Emergence had hinted at Egyptian lore. THAT I know about. However I wasn't sure who was connected with Saturn. So I looked that up. Turns out it's Osiris. So after a crude joke about Osiris having his unit missing and E's new avatar hiding that part I got to thinking. Osiris is yet another deity joined with law, order but also death. So I connected that with the ban hammer. Osiris is death, ban hammer is forum death. That was closer to the truth. Somewhere I tossed out the word judgment which got us even closer, but Emergence was only giving hints, not the answer. He wasn't gonna give until we had it. Then he threw out that maybe we should look at the Vedic Astrology. This is an area I'm completely ignorant on. Luckily research is something I can do quickly. So I looked that up, and ran with your mindset so thanks again. In this case I wanted to know what Indian lore connected with or correlated with Saturn. Turns out it's an entity known as Shani. This being is similar to Saturn and Osiris. I was actually in awe of how similar the three lore sets are. Pretty cool stuff. But Shani, of all the similar beings is the only connected with an actual process or weighing deeds and handing out an appropriate consequence. I equated it to St. Peter. Basically, when you die, Shani is the JUDGE! Ding ding ding. Law, order, judgment weren't specific enough. Emergence was hinting at his role as judge. All very cleverly connected. I would have never gotten it by myself so huge props to you and everyone who helped.
So the joke in my signature is because Shani is labeled as a celestial being in the link and later it says Shani is credited with being able to "repress the thieving tendencies of birds." AKA, a Celestial Skarekrow
