Proper summon sign placement for Artorias boss fight?

What's a really good spot to be summoned exclusively for Knight Artorias? Usually I would just put my sign in front of the fog but half the time I get summoned for Kalameet. I don't want to fight that boss. I HATE that boss. So, is there a good spot for this? Maybe across the bridge? In case you are wondering (for some reason) I am level 60.

lol nope. Its a summoning area for both bosses, ALL the spots around there get you summoned for both.

Ugh I really hate Kalameet. The majority of people who summon me for that fight get killed. It ends up being a waste of time.

I know man. Just tough it out. Eventually one will kill him. and it will be glorious. Hes actually pretty easy to kill with a greatshield.

It took some getting used to (by that I mean over an hour's worth of attempts) but I think I can hold my own against Kalameet. I just love fighting bosses in co-op. So much more fun. However it's not fun when half of the hosts die lol.
