Just keep farming. The bloated heads drop the bloated heads, and the bloated sorcerer, well, it's kind of obvious what he drops as well. (The sorcerers drop bloated sorcerer heads and their cataclysts)
The droprate seems to be low. Just keep farming and you'll get it soon enough.
Talking about rare drops, i've farmed the Ghost Blade for ages, and still haven't gotten it. And i've used the golden serpent ring, 99 humanity and the symbol of avarice, and still nothing.

Just for the record humanity stops increasing your drop rate after 10. I'm pretty sure the highest you can get is with 10 humanity and either the mimic head or the serpent ring equipped.

Yeah positive. The Symbol of Avarice and Gold Serpent Ring also don't stack together.

I knew about the ring and symbol of avarice not stacking, but 10 humanity? Huh, so basically, i've been running around with 89 more humanity than needed like an idiot. Well, good to know for the future, thanks.

Sure. The only humanity thing I'm not entirely positive about is the defense bonuses it provides. I know every other benefit stops at 10 though.

I do belive that your curse resist increase up to 30 humanity.
