Channeler's Trident Trade.

Hey guys, I really need some help with the Channeler's Trident. I've been trying to get it for 2 days, and I'm at my wits end.

Can someone help me out?

My Soul level is 134. My PSN is Minishdriveby, and I'm in the Duke's Archive.

It's one of the 4 swords I need for the Knights Honor trophy.

How does the trading system work in Dark Souls. I know it can be done, but do I summon your or do you summon me? I have no experience with trading/summoning in this game.
