You have a rank depending upon your post count. Currently you are an addict. Every 50-100 levels you rank up. Eventually around the five thousand mark it goes up by 1000. At around 8-9 thousand it goes up at a larger number.
As well some of us have special titles based upon our contributions to the wiki/forum. So we get special symbols. The moderators/admins also have their own symbols to designate who they are more firmly.

Points have no purpose really, they're sort of just there.
Depending on how long you've been on the forum, and how active you are you'll end up with more points. But they really don't mean anything.

Thank you, I'm just very active. I make a lot of threads and try to help people. I do have the resources thread among some other ones.
But anyone can be helpful and many people have good ideas. So you guys could some day get a title for your contributions.
