Demon Great Machete, Demon Greataxe, normal Greataxe, Demon Great Hammer, Large Club, Great Club... take your pick.
By the way they last 2 don't have 40 str as a requirement, but they still have really good scaling.
EDIT: Just noticed you want to fast roll as well. In that case you're pretty limited. I'd personally recommend either the large club or great club. Great club has more damage but large is lighter, has an (arguably) better moveset and does a bit of poison damage.
