Crossbows are Awesome.

I used to not like them but Now i Love them, I use the Light Crossbow 11+ (Farming for Chunks as i Wirte) and it owns Un-Prepared people.

I invaded a Guy. Fought him, he got low on HP and Ran away. He ended up with a Bolt up his Arse...They're fun. Is it worth the Deaths for Avelyn?

Yeh the avelyn is a fantastic addition to any build. Dont let them know you have it until theyre low on health. You'll cut em down np.

Two problems with it. The wieght and Look.
I can't fast roll with it meaning i must set more Points into Endurance and it looks So...Ugly. It's so big... (THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID) and... I dunno. I don't like the looks of it.

I love cross bows too. They are a nasty surprise for when people cast pyros, charge you, or when you need 300 damage once your RTSR activates.

ive done 800 damage on a headshot with rtsr active when this guy was getting ready to cast firestorm, it was awesome. sadly i ended up dying to a damn phantom hit, i almost made a comback though.

I've been using it as serious weapon for a while (roll in feint, roll out shoot) and its served pretty well on my strength and dex builds. The most satisfying part is that dying animation, the twirl and fall.

You can get like 600-1000 if you hit with all three shots of a lightning avelyn with lightning bolts with no rtsr!
