Chaos Legion-The Rising

I have a question: My build for this covenant is a dragon so, obviously, it has 0 poise so naturally, I said, "let me put on the Wolf Ring for the poise boost." The problem that I have is that this build uses Havel's shield which grants a poise power-up with its L2 attack so now I'm wondering if the Wolf Ring is even needed/worth it.

I have other rings like the Cloranthy Ring, DWGR, RTSR, to name a few, that could, in theory, replace it. So my question is: Keep the Wolf Ring anyway or swap it for something else?

The thing about that buff is that it doesn't last long (30 secs) I usually go wolf then rtsr when in low vit when I go dragon, only when I go agaisnt a quality or dex build, if I see a str weapon I switch to cloranthy.

So after long night and day of thinking I've finally decided to make 2 main STR builds that I am gonna use from now on, I took time with them I was put off by experience of my first few STR builds but now I present you this :

Never go above 40 end when you go full dragon, its a waste, just put it on vit. Also if you have 18 dex is the bkugs since it longer but a little weaker than the dgm, the demon can use the dgm whicj is better for med/fat roll.
If you're going 50 str you should really be using havel's shield, if not then go with 46str and use th sks, also the reg versiob of the xbows are better.

Honestly, investing time into farming dragon scales and make a dragon, is it worth? For STR build or any build, I really like the roar buff and that knock back but, is it worth to run with 100 defenses in all stats

imo it's worth it going full dragon +3, you get a better boost and the raor aoe is bigger. when you roar and try to hit ssomeone you're most likely to miss since theyre too slow but what i do is roar and do a lunging attack, EVERYONE dodged backwards from my experience the the lunging attack will do some serious damage since it will probably be a counter hit, with roar+3 and a crystal dga i get about 900ar and the ssplay will do over 1k damage if youre two handing it.

i like it, why the knife? i would get 14 dex and use achaos falchion or a rapier.

a rapeir is ok as long as you dont try fer bs's only and dont use a falchion everyone who spams attacks uses one its very op and cheap

Falchion R1 spam is pretty easily blocked. But, if the player is savvy enough to unlock and dead angle R1 spam, well, then you are pretty much screwed unless you can poise out of it. That kind of R1 spam requires a little bit more skill.

What's the effing point, man? I'm just here in the forest farming for souls putting down my dragon eye in the hopes of getting some PvP to speed up the process and when I finally get summoned - it's a hacker.

Try the butterfly pit. I had better luck in there.

Go to township dude, you will get summoned a lot there.

Farm the drakes dude, it'll take forever otherwise.

Yeah, farming drakes is the fastest way but you gotta take breaks since ots pretty boring.

farm drakes isthe slowest way in my opinion if you weant summons try sens archives or blightown or places like those

this blows but the mass invasion has been postponed to next saturday, something came up and i will be away from home until sunday so i would rather postpone this than not make it since i wanna be invading all day and night during the event. again, im sorry guys.
