    Alright, I've always wondered why Manus' lair was a place you could warp using the lordvessel's power, its not a shortcut since I can't head back up. So I went there to check some things out.

    While I was there I noticed a hole in the very center of the lair, shaped like a body, Manus probably made that hole by bringing you down to his lair.

    Or thats where he put Dusk I'm guessing?
