Old rumor and stubbornness. The 1 point is largely irrelevant anyways. Its 1/3rd of a weight unit increase for a fast roll or like 20 hp in many cases.

im making a shiva cosplay build and hes going to be lvl 100 mid rolling.
at lvl 97 he would have 37 vit, and 37 end. at 37 vit with the ring of favour he has around 1500 life so do u think it would be better to put these points into endurence or to cap of my life at 40

If you have the equipment weight you need to fast roll, go Vit, especially as the rofap will cover the slight stamina loss and maximise the effects of those 3 vit points.
If you won't be able to fastroll either way, go vit.
If the 3 end points is the difference between fast and midrolling, go end.

it has that classic rpg feel. also japanese people have had sl 99 builds since the beginning of the game which made people just stick with sl 99 since it was already established. i personally like it better than sl 100 since 1 point is nothing.

people thought that the sl for arena was like 50-99 and 100-199 or something silly.
