You can join the Darkwraith convent and buy I believe unlimited orbs, and after ranking up to +2 I think you'll earn a full orb that acts the same, but won't be consumed.

yeah, rage quitters suck. i just joined the forest cove to farm farmers and everytime i kill the phantoms the host disconnects, there goes my souls, lame.

keep in mind they have to be at least 10 levels plus 15% of your level higher then you for you to get an invasion

Also, try the Dark Blade covenant if you have a faith user. They give you a very good buff for your weapons.

Invading is the true essence of this game. Be it duels or true invade-to-screw-your-game invasions. Its always nice to get mobs to gang trios while you chuck great fireballs into the mess.

Depends on their attitude. When I get invaded, I find a nice open space and wait. Some invade, see that and bow nicely, and I'd do the same. Then that turns into a duel. Others come right in and attack, then anything goes, since this is obviously not a duel but an invasion.

I have made thousands of invasions and I never expect a "duel".
Sometimes the host seems to want it that way and that is great. But more often it is them with a phantom or two and I will do anything to kill them and I expect the same from them. ....which is fine.

well my rule is, it's a random invasion and im here to piss him off and kill him for kicks, maybe get a couple souls too, I don't do honourable if it's a random invasion.

True. Pretty much as soon as I see a phantom or he heals all my forbidden methods are green lights.

i'm almost never honorable in random invasion, either i am just trying to get through the area and they're in the way or im invading in ng+ where the common reason for sin is invading others (players tend to murder the npcs they need to in playthrough 1) so they're not playing with honor and neither am i.
