Oolacile's degrade

Okay... so what is the situation of Oolacile's pvp i ask...? I invade and find guys with the Stone Greatsword who TWoP me and spam DB in my face... i try to do some co-op and we are invaded by a guy who use the same tactics and start aiming for the host... but it got cheesed down by my arrows...
Why are people resorting to such tactics to win a fight? Are they so desperate to win? Not even in the forest gankers would resort to TWoP so much after it was nerfed...

I saw a change on the Xbox in literally a day. One day I was in the township, having really good duels, no fishing, everyone bowed and even no dark magic. The next day the place turned into the fracking forest. Gankers aplenty and bs fishers everywhere. I don't know what it is but Oolacile Township is becoming the new forest. I mean I can get better invasions in the forest for chrissake.

Oh yeah, the forest hunters use TWoP. I even have it equipped if I see them use it. They use it, I use it. It is hilarious to see 2 people fight each other when they are both TWoPed.

The first week or two the Township felt like the Burg. Now when I invade there I expect the unexpected, it's like a daytime version of the forest.

give it time. people will clear out the dlc and things will shift to a more permanent status.

townships like dark souls in its first month of release to like the fog ring/magic shield nerf imo.

Word of advice, keep any good dueling spots to yourself. The moment Gankers and the like hear about it they'll swarm like hungry piranhas.

both sides of the pvp coin suck there right now, invaders run into ganks and dueling hosts run into cowards who runaway into the level to lay ambushes and heal themselves, im seriously considering ways to open up a new pvp dueling area that would just not appeal to gankers etc, problem is the area in question is a pain to clear out.... i've got other ideas beside the one mentioned but as sloth said best not to be to open about it. the royal woods are full of questers which aren't something im interested in, the sanctuary guardian cave is just a plain d*** move to invade, even the basin and moonpit are showing signs of infection around the edges

Well... at least the township is a great place to troll those cowards with the Obsidian AoE and the Greatbows, especially in two the elevator areas

Hmm...Does anyone else think it's fitting that Oolacile went from an honorable PvP spot to a deathtrap comparable to the forest? Much like how it went from some kind of Utopia to Abyss-food?

I think it is a very fitting fate of Oolacile's pvp. There some last good dueling areas like ______ and ____, heck no one ever invades in ______. Truth be told, I have actual places in mind when I put those blanks down. They're out there you just have to keep looking.
