Giant Horned Demonic Skull...

Basically, I would like to hear your opinions and speculations of this easy to pass by thing, which is actually a very important lore factor considering the game we play.

Whose skull is this? What was this being? Was he mortal or was he a God? Considering he is found in Ash Lake, did he die in the war between Gods and Dragons? If he did, which side was he fighting for? How did he die?

And, by Sun, what fearsome power managed to kill it?

Here's one. Although, there was a recent one started by PlasticandRage and both Acidic and him were debating about it. Forgot the title thread though.
