I'm more than halfway through on this difficulty. Any tips? I'm kinda stumped on Zedonius(?) like i was earlier difficulties. Also, in your guys' opinion, is this hard? I personally think it's harder than Dark Souls and requires more skill.

Another NG player? I'm an avid fan. But, NGS2 is not as hard as DkS/DeS for me. Probably since I had already mastered NGB, NGS, and NG2. NGS2 is pretty watered down from NG2.
You should check out some YouTube videos. Especially the MN2 (IIRC, that is the right one - with all the bosses, one at a time) and UN1. Watch what they are doing. That should help you with Zed.
EDIT: sorry I can't be more specific. It has been a while since I played NGS2. I played story mode once, then got my platinum, and haven't touched it since. Was disappointed (very) compared to NG2.

I love the game. It's a different kind of hard to me, more about speed and reaction time. The difficulty is certainly there but it's not nearly as foreboding to me as the Souls series. With Ninja Gaiden, I kind of feel like "Yeah, this is tough but I'll move along on it just fine." The closest sense of despair inspired in me by a game other than Souls would be Monster Hunter, where I'd put my all into preparing for a hunt, fight the beast for over a half hour and then wipe over a poorly timed action.

IMO, NG2, on MN is harder than DeS/DkS on NG+. But, it is a different kind of hard, for sure.

I guess in a sense, Dark and Demon's is harder. But to me, they're both RPGs, and in pretty much every RPG, once you know what you're doing, you can't go too wrong. Of course by the nature of the games, they'll screw you up when you least expect it. But I was an ample RPG player before Demon's, and after Demon's, Dark Souls seemed too easy for me cause i knew what i was going to do (I never consult wikis and forums until AFTER i finish a game) and flew through it. For me it's different with NG and DMC games. I'm also a very experienced action gamer, but those two just threw me off on the much higher settings because there is such a difficulty spike on higher difficulties, and i'm pretty young. On RPGs, if you're stumped, you can farm to easily pass that point, and even though i never have, i know many people do. On most "hardcore" action games, you have to get through with skill and sheer skill alone. Of course Souls games are very skill-based, but they're an RPG, which also makes them epuipment- and level-based. On top of that, there's the fact that you can summon some people who are completely overpowered. I've played through Demon's offline completely (and lost over 1000 hours of play time) and did Dark without anyones assistance/as little farming as possible, and i still find games like NG and DMC worse, at least on higher difficulties. Meh. Yes, it is a games of speed and reaction, and yes, i know that NGS2 is easier than NG2, and I'd love to play through NG2 but i don't have an XBOX.:|
On a side note, NG3 is terrible. Not a Ninja Gaiden game.

I KILLED HIM!!! YES!
Well finally, Zedonious has been vanquished. Now to do the rest.
:x What? I hate him, so there had to be SOME UT spamming(even that requires skill and timing). In another week, it will be celebrated that a 13 yr old beat NGS2 on MN without assistance. It's not NG2 but so what?

Congrats! Now, once you beat MN, go and get your platinum.
