by Candino Tue Jan 08, 2013 2:52 pmso, i just got the large ember and the very large ember, but i cant upgrade weapons full, my great scythe stopped at +11 and my balder side sword got to 13. i have alot of souls and i have plenty chunks and slabs. but still i dont get the option to upgrade further. ive tried to reload game several times but still no luck. any1 else had this issue? or know if theres smt i could do about it?

If you're stuck at 11 and 13 I'd guess you're missing something you need. You're upgrading using the standard upgrade path I'm assuming?

standard path ye, got 500k souls 80 chunks and 8 slabs on me, so i have no idea what the problem could be

That is strange. What system are you playing on? And is your character glitched? In other words, did you BB glitch this character before the last patch?

Yeah, I don't know man. I know From implemented some punishments for having glitched in the last patch, which can cause all sorts of things to go wrong, but if you haven't glitched then I'm not sure what the deal is.

guess ill just leave the char for now then, i didnt use the bb glitch, but i used the dragon head glitch on a char tho, but thats deleted long ago. could that be the reason?

If it was the same character, than yes, I'd think so. If it was a different character, I wouldn't think it could be related, but I'm not really sure. I don't know a ton about it.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Like I said though, I've never heard of it happening before, and that's probably a good thing. If it's some kind of bug hopefully it's rare enough that it won't keep happening to you.
Maybe try upgrading something else to +14 and see if it lets you? At least then you'll know whether or not it's just a bug.
