pve build 10 char

i've been doing some co op recently with a new player.

what are some good backup weapons for general pve in ng+ and on? i was going to upgrade my swap scimitar to a quelaags fury sword.

With that much power, you could sneeze and kill your enemies.

Strength weapons are really good for PvE. I like the Zwei, but I'm guessing you are a dex person. If you light up a +15 dagger with CMW, your DPS will be insane. Great backup weapon and will literally strip the health off of bosses.

what about a bandit knife, can those be enchanted? certain bosses bleedout so it could be useful.

and yeah i made it powerful so i can fend off invaders that go for my host.. he's not so good but i figure i'll swap to lighter armor and woop their butt if they come into the world expecting an easy quester kill.

Yes they dan, but in terms of raw damage per second, you can't beat the dagger. Try it out.

i will, thanks. that lets me use quelaggs soul for a cblade instead which is a plus.

To put it into perspective, in PvP, a buffed dagger could strip over 1K in life from my opponent in 6 hits. Now, think of how fast 6 hits comes, and how little stamina it consumes.
