    No Broken Pendant Empty No Broken Pendant

    At the beginning of Dukes Archives after taking first elevator up there is a crystal golem on the right side. On a video it shows that you recieve an item called Broken Pendant. Well after fighting him in the room just below where he was first standing, I killed him but reieved no such item. Now what do I do? Thanks

    The golem will only drop the Broken Pendant once you have rescued Dusk of Oolacile, an NPC caught by a golden golem in Darkroot Basin. The Broken Pendant is, in case you don't know, a key to the area gained through the purchase of the Artorias of the Abyss DLC.

    Do you have the PTDE version of the game?
    If not, did you purchase the AotA DLC from PSN/Xbox Live?

    If so, then have you defeated ther Hydra in Darkroot Basin and saved Dusk of Oolacile from Golden Crystal Golem?

    Yep you have to save dusk first

    I did rescue Dusk of Oolacile and was able to summon her to talk with her after defeating Hydra. Bought some items znd got her clothes in the back potion of the lake. I didn't buy an DLC so what will I be missing out of by not having pendant? Should I goback to where I killed Golem and look for a cave? Thanks again. P.S. I also killed the other Hydra.

    If you have Dark Souls on PC i'm pretty sure you have the DLC already, if not you have to buy it. If you have saved her you can get the Broken Pendant even if you don't have the DLC. Just head back to where the golem was at and kill it again. Without the DLC you won't be able to use it though.

    If you don't have the DLC, nor the PTDE version of the game. Or, in the rare case of a PC gamer, you don't own the game for PC.
    You will be missing quite a nice and difficult portion of the game and some amazing new content.
