Burg is the steadiest place for SL 120 action far as I know.

Being on NG+ doesn't affect being summoned or invading. You can get into another's world no matter what the difference between your games is.

I wouldn't recommend the Kiln unless you host, you'll just get gank'd.

You cant get invaded where youve beat bosses though. So all iv got right now is the kiln and it sucks

leave sif alive, make sure ure in the covenant you want to be in and don't kill the taurus demon.
don't kill gargoyles or quell either imo, parish and blighttown arena are sick to host at.
oh yeah don't kill the butterfly either, people rss at moonpit.

oh and if you're wondering "hey rifter how the eff am i supposed to get consumables?"
-frogs in darkmoon garden drop grass
-rats in the sewers drop humanity
-poison arrows, purple moss clumps and charcoal resin can be bought from the female undead vendor
-large arrows are sold by the male undead merchant and andre, so is repair powder and lloyd talis
-and everything is all linked together with shortcuts
totally worth it imo. plus u can duel in the sewers if u don't kill the gaping dragon (theres no need too).
you can't warp and you can't do arena/dlc areas (but your 120 so who cares.)

u should host blighttown arena on the forums when ure done too. that place is sick.
