    So many consider this a cheap tactic because of the insane amount of damage it does. Add to that little skills rants and whatever. But since I'm open minded to these things I just want to show you some stunlocking magic combos. They're limited to 2 hits but hit hard as hell.

    -Classic WoG spam: WoG can stunlock for 2 hits if you spam it, after the 2 one the guy can roll out. So not just WoG spam crazy, only spam it 2 times.

    -GC spam(?): Can't remember if this one can stunlock 2 hits as well or you can roll out after the first one.

    -Great Fireball + GC: I got caught on this one by an awesome pure pyro, it's amazing. Throw the fireball very close to you and hit GC ASAP.

    -Pursuers + Dark Bead: Dark Bead stuns, Pursuers do the rest, or vice versa. OP.

    -Great Fireball + CSS: This one is pure genius. Throw fireball, guy get stunned like a stupid, and shoot CSS. It does connect, it happened to me lol. Best mage I've ever fought.

    -Chameleon + MLGS R2: Not exactly a combo but very effective if your opponent gets impatient with the non lock and gets close to you.

    Chameleon + CSS: This one is very effective for stealth invasions. In duels it sometimes connects.

    Nice combos!

    - Pursuers + Gravelord sword dance / tempest for those who try and roll toward you...

    - Pursuers, run toward the enemy and cast force just before they can roll, will stagger them for the pursuers to hit...

    - Pursuers / homing soul mass + Wrath of the gods for when they land their roll...

    - Homing soul mass and combust, again if they roll toward you, can catch then with a combust...

    - TWOP (tranquil walk of peace) goes with almost anything, specially pyros, but can sometimes be the only way to land a full toxic mist...


    - (Simple one) Power within, firesurge and a TON of poise, just hold RB till you win lol (great for small areas or if they are under TWOP by someone else)

    - Spam great fireball and then use a great chaos ball (some wont expect the lava and roll into it)

    - Similar thing, use fire surge a few times, watch which way they roll and then cast a free aimed firewhip, turning to that direction last moment, most have a predictable roll pattern after a while and the start animation is kinda similar on these 2...

    - My favourite recently.... Kinda a glitch but they never patched it, so i dont feel bad lol... Spell cancel gravelord sword dance twice, then cast WOG. Your hands stay lit up with the sword dance as if the whole spell went off, and it makes the full noise too, so it almost completely hides the cast of WOG =)

    Great chaos fireball and then tempest. Herd them with the fireball and lava, then catch them in a fire tempest.

    I never was a big fan of sorcery, but I love chameleon combos! It goes nice with stealth but its even better if used in combat

    As stated, Chameleon + CSS do the face is nice, but if they survive, its unlikely that you'll hit again.

    Chameleon + firestorm against gankers. They really don't expect that. Just grab a lot of poise.

    But my favorite has to be Chameleon + fire surge. Troll mode on, and then you can break chameleon and go for a Parry/BS


    Edit: lol same as Rosie.

    Stunlocking? I can't remember anything better than spamming WoG combined with force. Even Emit force works, cast right under yourself when they're close

    Chaos fireball+great combustion.
    Fire ball hit->stagger->combustion->stagger->lava hit->stagger->2nd combustion hit->stagger/death.
    Kills them or it leaves them with no health. big grin

    you can end combos with your bow.

    fire surge is also a handy distraction for setting up combos. just spray it at them and run behind the stream while your casting say a gcf.

    oh. and the gcf is better for setting up combos as once the fireball breaks poise the lava can stagger again, giving you more time to setup the gcf+gc combo. that's good to end with an r1 btw.

    I think you can:

    Great Fireball ---> WoG ---> Wake-up Fire Tempest
    If you are at 45 DEX...

    In addition, a hybrid stunlock can be:

    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Thorn Roll forward ---> Lava stun ---> Backstab

    I also believe that:

    Great Fireball ---> Moonlight Greatsword 1H R1
    Is a viable stun...

    The following isn't really a stun but a real game changer if you pull it off:

    Great Fireball ---> WoG ---> Stone Greatsword special

    Another stunlock I learned from a fellow forumite was actually:

    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Great Scythe 2H Running attack ---> Lava Hit ---> Follow-up

    I also believe that with adequate timing and luck, you can chain 2 Gravelord Greatswords and maybe a Fire Tempest.

    There exists stunlocking with Pursuers which can be done by tricking the spell to cast 1 by 1, buying you time to perform another move. By turning while casting spells, you can maintain a stunlock, but it's difficult to perform.

    The ULTIMATE move, however is a combination of all 3 magic types which follows as:

    Pursuers pre-cast ---> Trigger and hit Pursuer 1 while casting GCF ---> Launch and hit GCF, cause all Pursuers to launch ---> Pursuers 2,3,4 and 5 ---> Lava Hit ---> WoG ---> Gravelord Greatsword Dance ---> Chain ---> Fire Tempest

    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Black Flame ---> Kick/Lava damage ---> R1 (requires fast weapon)
    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Black Flame ---> Kick/Lava damage ---> Great Combustion (requires 45 Dex)
    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Black Flame ---> Backstab (cheap, but effective)
    Great Chaos Fireball ---> Chaos Fire Whip ---> Black Flame ---> Great Combustion (this one is very hard to do and Fire Whip can ruin it easily)

    Great Chaos Fireball ---> CSS
    Black Flame ---> Dark Bead
    Black Flame ---> WoG

    Emit Force ---> WoG

    Kick ---> Black Flame ---> R1 (requires very fast weapon)
    Kick ---> Dark Bead (requires 45 Dex)

    That's all I know.

    PS: I chose Black Flame, because it's more likely to stagger.

    I use Great Combustion--> Force--> Black Flame on my pure caster. Its pretty effective. I believe Force does something like 15-20 poise damage.

    My all time favorite is casting pursuers and then using fire tempest. It is very rare that they dodge both should you time it correctly. If both spells hit though it is almost always a kill. twisted

    -Cast any mist, hide, use firestorm/darkmagic. They never expect to see a dark orb just rushing from a toxic cloud xD, and the firestorm is just awesome when they try to catch you.

    -Chameleon and fire surge. They never expect that, fire surge is such a fast spell.

    -Force, force, WOG. Make them think you are force spamming, then HIT HARD.

    -Emitt force and lightning spears. For some reason this works very good.
