I believe they fixed the problem that made an upgraded one increase the damage done to you

So It will drain the same amount of hp when it's not been upgraded and when at +15 ?
Not noticed that but I do swap to an un-upgraded pyro when I use power within.

I think it should drain a certain percentage of your health now, regardless how much you upgraded it
