    after doing some research on a side sword i came to the conclusion that velka's rapier is indeed a side sword as it can both pierce and slash and that really is all a side sword it, a cross of rappier and a strait sword.

    but back to my build do you recon it could hold it's own?

    PvP or PvE? Because I don't think the Slumbering DCR is gonna do a thing for you in PvP.

    its more for the "theme" for the build, but most likely i will switch it out to fap or something.
