Need help!!!

Need help I need humanity and souls I'm in the dark root forest covenant! And I don't know how to trade

Trading probably isn't the most effective way to get souls and humanity, because they're things that are useful for everyone, at least for the most part. How far into the game are you? In other words, what was the last boss you defeated? Depending on what places you have access to there are some different places you can go to farm souls and humanity.

If you're still relatively early into playing, you should go down to the Depths. Go to the first bonfire, then from there go down the steps, and you'll run into 5 rats in a group. They drop humanity as a rare drop, so you can kill them and run back to the bonfire over and over again to farm humanity. You'll get souls at the same time while you're doing it. If you're far enough that you've gotten the lord vessel, then there are some better places you can go, but you may not have access yet.

I've defeated every boss except the 4 lords and and Gwynn. But I just can't get that much souls fast

For souls, go to the Painted World and farm the Phalanx enemies. If you wear the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring you'll be able to do it much faster, but it's not completely essential if you don't have it yet. The Phalanxes are the big blob things with shields and spears that gather around the statue in the courtyard just past the first big doors. It should net you over 10,000 souls per run, and each run takes about 3 minutes depending on what you're using to kill them. If you have an AoE spell like Wrath of the Gods or one of the tempest pyromancy spells, you can run right into the middle of them and cast and kill almost all of them with one cast, cutting down the time of each run significantly. For humanity you'll want to go either to the Abyss in the DLC area, and farm the humanity ghosts, or go to the very last room in the Tomb of the Giants and farm the small respawning skeletons.

The quickest way to get souls is to win at PvP though. Especially if you're a forest hunter. Wins can net you massive amounts of souls, but it can be very difficult for some people, especially if you're high level. The methods I've already mentioned are much easier and more of a sure thing, but they'll take more time.

Doing coop will also give you tons of souls and humanity.

^ Yeah, good point. That's probably going to be easier than PvP too, depending on where you go and who you're summoned by.

Just dont gank for souls bro, do that and you'll be bound to a life of shortcuts throughout your dark souls experience. And forced to wear full giants and spam WOTG for all of eternity! *Gasp*

Oh any idea where to get powerful spells the best I've found is great caos fireball

If you're using pyromancy, the best spells come either from leveling up the Chaos Servant Covenant, buying from Quelana in the Blight Swamp, or are found as pickups around Lordran.
