That's right, I found an account in Steam, that is instead a BOT, you simply have to add to friends the BOT (he will accept immediately):
http://steamcommunity.com/id/dota2bot
Otherwise search inside Steam for the user: Dota 2 Dispenser
and tell him this EXACT message (after adding him to friends):
"give dota" (without the quotes)
This will prompt an instant message saying
"Checking blacklist"
"Checking Library"
This is to check you don't have Dota 2 yet on your library/invetory.
Then he will immediately gift to you 1 copy of Dota 2.
DONE! Enjoy Dota 2 for free!
PS: It's a bot, it will instantly accept your friend invitation and answer your message always, unless ti's offline.
PS 2: Dota 2 is a F2P game, but it's in BETA right now, the only way to play now is if you pay 30 dollars. This is for people that want to start playing right now, without having to wait for the release and without having to pay.
