Its good but you're better off going with 27str and 2h the msgs. The r2 of the ogs is very situational.

With DMB +3 at 30 faith and power within, you're hitting over 1000AR with the OGS. You can 1 shot people with the 2H R2.

The point is that you can 1 shot while only really investing in FTH/INT. As everyone said, the Obs does great damage for virtually no stat investment, leaving you levels for either int/fai or tanking it out with lots of vit. Or you can just get the minimum stat requirements and troll noobs (if you're in a bad mood).
