Toxic mercenary implies the use of poison and TOXIN. A build based around TOXIN that doesn't use toxin mist or gravelord sword? Come on. And what's with quelaag's fury sword and the pyromancies? I understand the technique of casting a poison cloud and using it as cover to cast fire tempest but don't half *** things when it comes to making a toxin build.
I suspect that if you make this, you're just going to forget about the toxin/poison and focus on pyromancies and quelaag's sword.

Nice layout. The only thing I would ask is why the 20 poise? I like the idea of your build. It looks fun to play.
However, I would agree with Lunar, the name is a little off. No biggie
If I were to make a "Poisoner" so to speak, I'd try this: Status ALignment build sl 100
-You can buff the BK and GT with poison resins. And the BK would work on bleed too.
-Spam BK, then switch to unparryable GT.
-You can menu swap shields for preference.
-I would throw poison knives and dung pies instead of using a bow.
-Start as "Tiny Head" in character creation.
