opinions wanted for: SL99 dex build to SL125, for both PvP and Co-op

Hi I'm new to this forum, so greetings!

I would like some opinions on this build.

I would like to be at SL125 for PvP and so that i can co-op with a couple friends that will cap around there too.

I won't have both weapons/shields in both slots, i just put those there to show what I would like to use. Normally in my RH2 slot there will be an ascended pyromancy glove and in my LH2 either a talisman (PvP) or pharis' bow (PvE). It says fat roll, but I will be medium rolling. The child's mask may be switched with a giant's helm depending on what weapon I'm using.

I'm also considering this build because I love using different weapons.

I have a backup save that is the same build but at SL99 and with 16 STR and base 8 FTH. This was my main build that I was going to stick with, but SLB/DMB and other weapons with higher STR requirements interested me.
