I know it might be a bit hard to see among all the new posts, but I figured I should post this as an actual thread directing people to it so those who miss it do indeed see it. Especially since the thread will feature discussion, please take any discussion to that thread in regards to the guidelines. Again I just felt like making a little poster letting those who haven't seen it yet know.
