by User1 Sat Mar 16, 2013 11:31 pmI played for about 2 hours at my friend's house, who still thinks the game is great. He had a lot of good things, so I immediately had a small advantage. I did'nt like how simple and over-reliant on little gimmicks like car driving to try and change the pace of things. I also found matches to be the same, find the enemy, kill them. Exactly the same outcome every time, with pretty much no difference in any match at all.

Yeah? Rome moreso than Shogun? I looked through a bunch of them, and Medieval 2 was the first one that caught my eye but it got some of the worst reviews of all of em, so I looked through the others and a lot of reviews said that Shogun 2 did away with a lot of the really complex gameplay elements and got back to basics, so I figured it might be a good one to start with.
Edit: I think I'm getting Shogun. I downloaded the demo, and I'm enjoying it. It's running alright on my computer too. A little bit of slowdown when there are a bunch of units on screen at once, and all of them are doing things, but not enough to be unplayable.

Total War? I normaly started Random Battles so i could zoom in on the Fight to see the soliders getting Bashed in the head with my Mace Troops...Fun Times!

Yep I knew it. I only post a lot when night falls and even more when I feel calm and want fun! Might be a full moon tonight...I always feel....100% composed and at my best when there are full moon days/nights.

In PSN you're forced to use _ since you can't use space. Same for hotmail emails. perhaps people just got used to it.
