    Exactly what the title says. I was going to kill the gargoyles then suddenly a wild invader appears lol!
    I ran off so he could beat Lautrec and have a fair duel with me,
    but instead he fell of the ladder to chase me and died to Lautrec!
    I wasn't looking when Lautrec killed him so I don't know how he did it,
    maybe a plunging atack?
    Did something like this happen with any of you guys?

    Do you mean Solaire? I know you can summon Lautrec in places but I've never used him once so I don't remember where you can summon him.

    But yeah, I've summoned Solaire on more than a couple occasions only to be invaded and him completely murder them. It's pretty amusing to watch. 8)

    Summoned by a guy who agro'd lautrec in his cell, all i saw was the summoner jump around the place taking damage. no idea what was going on at the time.

    You got to "save" Lautrec then come back a little later and his sign is right next to Solaire. When I fought Lautrec I realized how aggressive he is. If I remember he packs two shotels and a left hand parry dagger which he will use very effectively and riposte for a lot of damage. I killed him but never again will I try that before preparing my stuff.

    No, you can summon Lautrec in the gargoyles and the gaping dragon.
    If a npc killed me during an invasion like that i would just stop playing for a while lol.

    Didn't think about that, probably Lautrec one shoted the invader with a riposte. Mad skillz lol!

    If you've ever invaded Laurtrec with the Black Eye Stone, you'll know he is WAY overpowered. Also, if you've ever invaded someone who had Solaire with them, imagine that except more damage, and you can't block it. That's Laurtrec.

    I realize Laurtrec is a joke with out his Phantoms, but with them, unless you can 1-shot him, it's quite a tough fight.

    I realize Laurtrec is a joke with out his Phantoms, but with them, unless you can 1-shot him, it's quite a tough fight.

    Yes when I have problems it's generally because I can't get rid of the Phantoms quickly, and when something like that happens the fight gets kinda hard.

    That happened to me.I was so shocked when he tried to run behind me for protection.I couldn't figure out what was hitting him and felt really guilty when he died.

    Lautrec also often rolls with the RTSR, so invaders get him injured and then all of a sudden take buffed shotel attacks, it can be over really fast. You can also "heal" him by sending him home with the black crystal and then resummon him.

    I've been ganked by some low-SL guy with Lautrec+Solaire in some ridiculously high NG+, as I got one-shotted by Solaire.

    I like to summon Solaire and Lautrec together in NG+7 in the Parish. It's so funny to see people trying to go for me, and those 2 badasses just waste them every time.

    I only went to NG+7 for the challenge. I was bored of my build mid way through the first playthrough.
