Instant Karmic Justice?

I was PVPing in the Kiln when someone just got upset (I guess), so he put on full Havel's, was spamming fast roll, and was using an instant Karmic Justice spell on me.. It had an animation as if he had casted a projectile from a catalyst, but he was using the Darkmoon Talisman and the explosion looked just like Karmic Justice. It had the range of Wrath of the Gods x2, too..
Has anyone else ever seen this..?

I'm pretty sure he used an inventory hack to give himself Karmic Justice Explosion.

It was an inventory hack.From left a bunch of infinite use,debug spells in the game code.
I take it you are on Xbox?
