Plunging attack with a Partisan might work Renegade.
You always need to make sure it goes in deep. You might also want to equip Leo Ring too.

You need to have the Winged Spear, Leo Ring, Broadsword and Darksword. You also need MLGS. Got to get that Leo Ring stab plunging attack with MLGS.

I consume humanity all the time.
I once consumed 7 humanity right before the O&S fight. The two phantoms had to sit there and watch me. As soon as I walked in, I was knocked down to 1HP. Had I consumed 1 less humanity, I would have died.
