Sack weighs like nothing.
I'd say the Dingy Robe is really good for SL1 but with FaP or Havel's you can wear a little heavier stuff. The robe is just out of proportion on it's defences and weight, it's one of the better armor pieces in the game IMO.

thing is i play as a glass cannon on sl1 so armour doesnt really matter when you die in one hit.
