If you haven't already killed him, use hush with aural decoy, seaths blind, it should allow you the time to sneak around him and fire a few manually aimed spears at this tail.

If u have killed him already, i have a char in the 40s who has not, we can go and kill him for the tail.

Haven't killed him yet dudes, trying to get a summon for his tail or hopefully just trade for it. Also I don't have hush and aural decoy i don't think, might go and get them from firelink but a little concerned about my manual aiming skill....
