Towards the end of my playtime of Dark Souls, I just grew tired of always "explaining".

You're probablyright though, patience and maturity in the face of flaming always wins the day. I'm thirty something though...I'll prolly never fully realize that logic. I try though.

As always I find it hard to justify an extended debate with you. You're right, you're right...like usual.

And yes it is a natural response Animaal, I just meant that it will likely be taken in certain ways. And I'm not saying that guy sending Billy messages was being really nice either, he was desperate and lashed out at Billy.

It's just in retrospect I'm going over some ideas of what could have made the situation better for future events.

I was going to offer to give him some humanity at which point he insulted me, and dont forget this is a guy who Said EVERYONE on here is a lamea$$

Besides I know I'm a lame ***.

I'd say Billy the classic way to handle something like that is to go, "I'm sorry you feel that way man, but if you need help from someone experienced at the game I'd be glad to give you a hand." It gives off a much more cheery feel, plus the deceptive part is you aren't actually apologizing to them even if they take it that way. You are sorry they feel that way, not sorry about anything you did. It's a classic move.

I understand, I know I've had moments where I got a bit pissed and responded unkindly, it's just always best to try and improve future interactions with people I say.

Do what I do, turn that fracking notifications of new messages off. I NEVER see any messages coming in, til later, when I might browse them. Then I find, cryptic messages from hiders? I found a "please don't kill me." lol. , sometimes hate mail. I never respond to the haters . It's only a game .
If being summoned and host just stands there, I'll check and respond, unless it's a beggar.
Message notification OFF. Solves a lot.

how dare you invade as if its some kind of intended game mechanic rather than an evil hacking glitch. and then have the audacity to defend yourself when called out on your hacker ways rather than kissing his feet begging for the honour of helping him with the bosses.
I mean truely some people seem to think invasions are an intended risk reward mechanic of going human, Its so depressing to see members of our own community dont get how unfair it is to use the invasions system. in any circumstance. ever.

I admit, I've had some intense RAEG moments against invaders and Darkwraiths.

I scream loads of insults and curse; but I only do it at the TV and don't actually message the person who killed me. I also scream and curse at the creatures that kill me in Dark Souls by default lol If I get so worked up I'll just rage-quit. I don't angrily message people and swear at them. I just do it at the TV
