I really need to get it. It's the only Pyromancy I don't have, if I get it I'll have the achievement for it.
And then all I would need is Miracles, but that's a lot of Covenant stuff.

As far as i know the spell is broken. It can cause the game to freeze when you use it. It may have been fixed in a patch but the last time I used it I crashed a game I was summoned to while fighting O&S.

Fire surge is probably one of the best pyromancy spells in the game. It's just so versatile and deadly if used properly.
