    What Level are you? That is pretty much the most important bit of information for asking for help, that and the PSN ID of course.

    You're ID is the name you Sign into with, not the profile name, but your Play Station online name. 84? I think I do actually have a character in that range, are you on NG, or just regular?

    If you are logged in, go to the far right. There will be your friend's list, and your PSN ID if you scroll down.

    what timezone you´re in? i´m lv 96 can help aswell or just stroll around a bit with you.

    i am utc +1, western europe. if you live too far away it may collide with either work or sleep.
