Check the defenses.
That's pretty intense IMO.

ok..then no use another shield and grass, you're using a greatsword which doesn't take that much stamina to use. not using any kind of stamina regeneration at all will make you a better player. I guess it could be useful, it would be kinda like using the steel ring which I sometimes use when I med roll.

Would you increase your stamina by 1 just to get the defense? (and the Elite Knight Swag)
Also, I rarely use stamina regen.

nope, but that's just personal preference since I like light armors better.

Me too, although I love the Guardian Legs with Chester's Overcoat.
I also prefer the Overcoat over Wanderer's +10 even though it weighs 1 unit more and has worse stats.
