Ahh, but you do not see the full potential of a Chaos Weapon. Chaos weapons can be used even with builds that have 40 in a particular stat, which is why they are so amazing.
Just to give an example... my 40 DEX build has a +15 Estoc, but off-hands a Chaos Parrying Dagger.

Speaking of Parrying Daggers, I need to get one upgraded on my Chester build, since the Sniper Crossbow sucks, I can use it as if it was a throwing knife that I'm using for close quarters.
